Who is feeding Larry? Who is paying for his room and board? I hope not us taxpayers.
Reportedly, Sam'n'Dave are meeting the cost of Larry out of their own pockets (using their own short arms). Why are you worried? None of us want rats in Downing Street, do we ...?
